Dr. Anand Haridas is board certified in cardiovascular diseases, internal medicine, nuclear cardiology, adult echocardiography and Cardiovascular CT. He is the Director of the Non Invasive Cardiology Section at the Heart Institute at St. Mary Medical Center. He specializes in the practice of clinical cardiovascular medicine as well as advanced cardiac imaging. He has a strong background in noninvasive technologies and has a special interest in structural heart disease interventions. Dr. Haridas also has a Masters in Medical Informatics. He serves as a clinical Informaticist in various roles within his organization and has a deep interest in Telemedicine.
Dr. Haridas earned his medical degree from P.S.G. Institute of Medical Sciences and Research in Tamil Nadu, Coimbatore, India. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at the State University of New York (SUNY) Downstate Medical Center and remained at the SUNY Medical Center through the completion of his cardiology fellowship. Dr. Haridas distinguished himself by completing an Advanced Imaging Fellowship at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center, Columbia University in New York. He graduated with a Masters is Medical Informatics degree from Northwestern University, Chicago, in 2016
